I would come here again, enjoyed the hotel. This brand-new property offers variety of perfectly clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff as one would expect. The setting is favourable, short walk to bars/restaurants and the Panthers stadium and the Panthers stadium, quiet area. Also, it's 2 miles away from Compass Group.

Easy to find and pretty new refurbished.

We´ve got a smokers room but had requested a non smoker. When I complained to the lady at the reception she couldn't transfer us to another room, and she claimed that this was the kind of room I´ve ordered. Strange because we´d booked like 10 different hotels during our 1 month stay in the US, and we never got a smokers room anywhere else.

Close to airport.

No shuttle from and to airport on Saturdays and Sunday's Bad Smoking room , unclean sheets

My partner and I had a comfortable stay in a budget-friendly studio suite here, which included a cozy bed, a shower, and a hairdryer.

Nothing.

This place is disgusting. The first unit we were sent to smelled of cigarette smoke, so much so you smelled it outside of the room. The second unit they sent us to after our complaint (charged an additional fee) had a broken burner on the stove top, and the bathroom was a germy, nasty mess. The toilet seat needed to be replaced (stained), the floor was filthy (covered it with towels to walk on), there was hair in the sheets. Sketchy place with sketchy people, do not stay here! *Nasty*

Location just outside of city near lots of attractions and restuarants

Could use some modern updates but was in good condition considering.Need more selection for breakfast bar only had quick fix items

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, close to bars/restaurants and the airport. The room we stayed in was cheap and new-fashioned with a kitchenette. The service was good and the staff were very amiable and affable. The location was convenient - ease of access to Yorkmont Shopping Center.

Staff Were Class X

The room didn't have the plates, cups, silverware, etc that were promised when I booked. My wife has good allergies and we bought this room for the kitchenette but had nothing to prepare her food with. When I called the front desk, I was rudely told there was nothing that could be done until noon and then promptly reminded my checkout was at 11.

This place is in a peaceful location, which is really nice. The staff here are super friendly and welcoming. Had a great stay here! 🌟

Location: the hotel was so close to the airport, major shopping center and attractions and restuarants.

The location is ok

I asked for an early check in and called to inform the staff I would arrive at 11:00 am. Once I arrive to check in, I literally had to wait past 3pm to check in.

This place is a great base for exploring the area, and the staff here are friendly and accommodating, making it our new favorite spot.

We had a great time at this hotel, the facilities were fantastic, the location was convenient with close proximity to the airport, bars/restaurants, and the Panthers stadium.
